PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BALLS
These healthy peanut butter and chocolate energy balls provide a combination of simple and complex carbohydrates to help fuel you whenever you need a pick-me-up. They're no-bake and simple to make with ingredients you're likely to have on hand, such as oats and nut butter. Experiment with different mix-ins, such as dried fruit or chopped nuts, in place of the chocolate chips and coconut.
Step 1. combine oats and BeLegend peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and coconut; stir well. Roll the mixture into 1-tablespoon-sized balls. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze in an ice cube tray for up to 3 months.

12 cup almond milk or other milk substitute (unsweetened)
1 tbsp protein powder (chocolate or vanilla flavored)
2 tablespoons BeLegend peanut butter
1 bunch fresh baby spinach
1 ripe banana, medium size
14 cup of water
12 cup cubes ice
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until completely smooth.
PEANUT BUTTER,BANANA & JELLY SANDWICH
- 4 sliced wheat bread, toasted
- 2 tablespoon Belegend Essentials peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon jam or jelly of choice
- 1 banana, sliced
- Toast all of the bread slices and spread peanut butter on two of them. Top with jam and sliced banana, then top with the remaining toast to make two sandwiches. Cut in half and serve!
